Amanda J. Miller serves as a Guardian ad Litem for children and adults and she practices in the areas of family law and estate planning.  Ms. Miller is a certified collaborative professional, and has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star 2018-2021.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Cedarville University, obtaining a major in History and International Studies.  She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana where she served on the executive committee for the Professionalism Association, clerked at the Marion County Superior Court and interned with the DHH Dehung law firm in Beijing, China.


Ms. Miller is admitted to practice in Indiana state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.  She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and its Family Law Section, as well as the Standing Committee on Professionalism.  She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Family & Juvenile Law, as well as the Women in Law Committee.  Ms. Miller also belongs to the Sagamore American Inn of Court and the American Bar Association.


Amanda is actively involved in the community.  She serves as a volunteer with Exodus Refugee Inc. teaching English as a second language and participates as a volunteer dog handler for the Paws & Think Youth Canine Program at Marion County Juvenile Facility.  She is a volunteer Guardian ad Litem (GAL) through Kids’ Voice of Indiana and a volunteer attorney with the Indianapolis Bar Association/Indiana Legal Services.  Amanda loves spending time with her husband and two dogs, reading, hiking, swinging in the hammock, and sprinkling everyday conversation with random movie quotes.
